The Master Copy of Teamvisual is the Sales Managers "Key" to instant "field based activity" or "internal sales activity" enhancing their control & direction of a Sales Team.
Management reports & charts are very comprehensive allowing each organisation to choose their preferred format and if appropriate, set-up weekly report information for all managers.
The software is configured to match each companies needs and allows each site to change their own unique set-up through the master copy. All changes are mirrored on each remote copy Teamvisual to ensure all data is fully synchronised.
Transaction data can be sent out to remote users, this data can be sales figures, sales leads or invoice queries.

The software is "Project" enabled, which allows organisations to create and track an event, objective or to follow the activity recorded against a major order. e.g. The sales plan for 2005 is to target a new market sector. This would be set-up as a project with perhaps the names of the target customers attached plus the product information sheets. When any activity occurs, this is recorded against the organisation plus it is attached to the project. This provides a very quick and accurate picture/report of all activity against a "Key Project" enabling the management team to control and direct sales activity.

Data transfer is via email using either a mobile phone or land based connection.
